HIRE & PAYMENT

To secure the reservation, the customer needs to -

​

• Complete and submit the booking form 

• Accept the terms and conditions

• Pay the agreed rental fee

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

The bike(s) will be delivered on the date and time to the specified address, where the customer will need to provide either their driver's license, ID, or passport. The bike(s) will be collected on the agreed-upon date at the specified address.

 

CANCELLATION

The customer is entitled to cancel the reservation within thirty days before the rental period, failing which, Gravel & Tar shall be entitled to keep the total fee unless otherwise discussed and agreed to.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

​

• The customer is liable for any theft, loss, or damage to the bike(s) and accessories from the date of delivery up until the date of return

• Gravel & Tar does not accept liability if any loss, damage, or injury occurs to the customer while using the bike and accessories

INDEMNITY

​

The customer hereby indemnifies Gravel & Tar against any claims, liability, damage, or loss suffered while using the bike(s) and accessories.
